The heart, feet, and fierce voice behind MoVSmtHnG!
Hi, I’m Sherron — the heart, feet, and fierce voice behind MoVSmtHnG!
I’m a proud Oakland native, and your walking hype woman!
In 2024, I laced up my tennis shoes and started walking just 30 minutes a day — for my health, for my peace, for my life. What started as a personal challenge turned into a movement of resilience, wellness, and unstoppable joy. At over 50, I’ve walked over 300+ consecutive days transforming my health. I’ve lost weight, reversed my diabetes diagnosis, gained clarity, and built a vibrant community of movers just like you.
I created MoVSmtHnG to remind you that movement is medicine. Whether it’s walking around the block, dancing in your living room, or shifting your mindset — every small step adds up. This isn’t just about fitness. It’s about freedom. It’s about waking up every day and choosing you.
So let’s do this together. Let’s rise up, lace up, and MoVSmtHnG — in our bodies, in our hearts, and in our lives.
MoVSmtHnG is a movement rooted in healing, hope, and forward motion.
We are committed to empowering individuals—especially those 50 and over—to reclaim their health, mindset, and motivation through intentional movement.
Whether it’s walking, shifting your lifestyle, or stepping into purpose, MoVSmtHnG is about taking action—even when it’s hard.
Because when you move something—your body, your mindset, your spirit—everything changes.
This is more than fitness. It’s a declaration: Walking is our medicine. Resilience is our rhythm. And we are the movement.
Our walking programs help improve physical health, reverse chronic illness like diabetes, and boost mental clarity.
No gym memberships, no complicated plans. Just you, your shoes, and your determination.
Stay consistent with daily encouragement, walking challenges, and community check-ins.
Led by someone who’s walked the walk—literally—and transformed her own life.
Combining mindset, movement, and community for whole-person wellness.
MoVSmtHnG gave me my life back. I feel healthier and happier at 55 than I did at 40.
